Terri Allen has over 15 years of compensation and HRIS management experience in the banking, telecommunications and insurance industries.
At Argonaut Group Inc., a national specialty underwriter, Ms. Allen is responsible for all aspects of the HRIS and compensation, including equity compensation, executive compensation and salary administration. Prior to joining Argonaut Group Inc., Ms. Allen was Associate Director of Compensation Design at AT&T where she was responsible for the design and implementation of management compensation programs. Ms. Allen was involved with numerous mergers during her 5 years at AT&T which included Pacific Bell, Ameritech, SNET and the Internet Company. Prior to AT&T, Ms. Allen worked for USAA and Security Service Federal Credit Union as a Compensation Consultant.

Prior to joining Ameristar, Mr. Azuse was Director, Human Resources for Park Place Entertainment and Assistant Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS for Caesars World, Inc. Prior to his position at Caesars, Mr. Azuse was Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS for Evanston Hospital Corporation and Assistant Dean for the College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Mr. Azuse holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from University of Illinois. Amy Creech has over 15 years of domestic and international compensation and benefits management experience in the consumer products and high technology industries.
At Mary Kay, Ms. Creech is responsible for the design, implementation and administration of international compensation, benefit, merit and incentive pay programs. Prior to joining Mary Kay, Ms. Creech was the Corporate Compensation Analyst at Memorex Telex Corporation.
Ms. Creech holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from University of North Texas and a Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, Europe Division in Munich, Germany. She has also earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designations from World at Work as well as her Global Benefits Management Certification and BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) Benefits and Compensation Management Certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.

Lindy Palmer has over 25 years of senior management and administration experience in the health care industry.
Prior to joining Welch Allyn, Ms. Palmer was the Clinical Specialist Team Leader for St. Charles Medical Center, a level-one trauma center in Bend, Oregon. She has also held Senior Clinical Education management positions at Cybertronics, Inc. and Medronic, Inc. - Neurological Division, as well as management and nursing potions at Providence St. Vincent Hospital Emergency and Labor and Delivery Departments, Twin Cities Community Hospital Emergency Department and the State of California Infection Control Unit.

Tracy Sapien has over 12 years of diverse human resource experience in the manufacturing, hospitality and gaming industries.
At Procaps Laboratories, Ms. Sapien is responsible for the implementation and management of human resource policies and programs in the areas of staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and employee development. Prior to her position at Procaps Laboratories, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Aladdin Resort and Casino and was involved with in the casino opening in August 2000, where she was responsible for the recruitment, staffing and integration of 4,000 new employees. Prior to joining Aladdin, Ms. Sapien was the Benefits Manager for MGM Grand Hotel, Inc., where she managed the company-wide benefits program for 17,000 covered individuals.
Ms. Sapien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ms. Sapien is a recipient of the Citizens of Distinction Award and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Employee Services Management Association.

Mr. Sherwood gained his human resource and organization planning and development skills working for a variety of companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, banking, healthcare, oil and chemicals and high technology.
Prior to his position at Heidrick & Struggles, Mr. Sherwood founded his own organizational development and business best practices consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Sherwood spent fourteen years at the Senior Vice President level for several companies, including Lexis/Nexis and Cadence Design Systems, an EDA software company.
Mr. Sherwood holds a Masters degree in Organization Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, both from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He has continued to serve at his alma mater in various capacities, including teaching and advisory boards.
